As I have waited on the Lord concerning the year that lies ahead, and
what the future holds for the Body of Christ and for each of us, his
children, the Lord has laid some clear directions on my heart. Before I
share the prophetic word that the Lord has given me for the Body of Christ,
I would like to outline some of the principles that you should keep in mind,
some of the things to look out for, and some of the things you need to do to
prepare your heart for the year ahead.
1. God is going to work more intensively to remove worldly influences
from the Church.
We have shared for some time in this ministry that the Church is often
like Israel in Egypt. In Biblical interpretation Egypt is almost always a
picture of the world, and though the Church is distinct from and should not
be confused with the nation of Israel, we do see in the Exodus of the
Israelites from Egypt a type of what God is doing and is about to do in
these last days.
The Israelites first entered Egypt to obtain the benefits which become
theirs because of Joseph and his relationship with Pharaoh. However this all
changed with the death of Joseph and the change of Pharaohs. They were then
caught in a difficult situation. Though they were free to leave any time,
they were bound by their own needs and dependence on Pharaoh. Thus they were
slaves to Egypt, both by circumstances and by their own willingness to
continue to receive from Pharaoh.
Today’s church is very much the same, and depends very strongly on the
world system to survive and function in this world. However there is a price
to pay for this, just as there was for Israel, and the church of today is
bound by the world system, and is forced to continue to use the principles
of the world to operate.
God’s way of delivering Israel was twofold. First he sent Moses to
proclaim liberty and secondly he sent Moses to confront Pharaoh. This
resulted in a lot of hardship and pressure coming on the Israelites, and
also many plagues coming upon Egypt to bring it and Pharaoh to their knees.
And although God protected his people in the midst of the plagues, they
nevertheless were affected by this, and came to the realization that they
needed to leave Egypt.
God will duplicate this procedure as His Moses apostles come into
manifestation. Their appearance may cause hardship at first as the enemy
lashes back, and there will be many things that will go wrong in the world
system to bring it to its knees. Therefore when you see problems coming to
your nation, do not fear, but rejoice, for God is addressing the Pharaoh of
this world in order to bring you to a place of blessing.
2. God is going to bring out his hidden apostles
Since the beginning of the Apostolic Movement not many years ago, God has
been training his servants in hidden places and hiding them away from the
eyes of the world. Many who are already visible in the church system have
taken to themselves the title Apostle in an attempt to keep up with the
times, and to maintain their control over the people. But these are not the
ones the Lord is going to bring out to lead his church into the end times
glory.
Indeed in recent times many of the champions of the past, and mighty men
of God have gone to be with the Lord, and ended their pilgrimage on this
earth. They were the forerunners who prepared the way for those whom God is
raising up now in these times in which we live. But now it is time to hand
over the baton to the new runners, who will complete the race.
Therefore those whom God will raise up now at this time will not be the
big names that are currently visible in the earth, though there are many who
have labored on in obscurity who are visible to a degree, but have not risen
up into a place of prominence. But God has hidden his apostles away, some in
total obscurity, and some even in the midst of the status quo church. Many
of them have been prepared whilst not even being fully aware of what God has
been doing. They have simply followed the burning in their heart and waited
patiently for God to release them.
Since the training of apostles usually takes up to three years or more,
God has been raising up his apostles especially during the past three years,
and now the first ones who have qualified and completed their training will
begin to come into manifestation. They will arise slowly and in isolated
places, some only becoming visible for short periods of time and then
disappearing again, lest the enemy locates them and destroys them. But soon
they shall begin to appear in many different places simultaneously. And as
they arise they shall bring change to their people and their land. Many will
arise in foreign lands and bring change to a nation that is not their own.
And now for the first time, there will arise all four apostolic types,
and the Joshua and Solomon apostles will also become visible. This will
result in much change both in the hearts of men, and in the organized church
systems. For Joshua will prepare the hearts for change, and Solomon will
bring the actual changes in the system, to produce a new church that will
rise up in greater power and blessing than ever before.
3. There will be an outpouring and manifestation of signs and wonders
Since the healing revivals in the early part of the last century, there
has not been such a manifestation of miracles and signs and wonders again.
But this is about to change. God is about to bring forth a new breed of
miracle workers who will truly fulfill the full evangelistic role in greater
measure than the early healing evangelists.
The new workers of miracles and healing ministries will operate both at a
higher level and also at a lower level than previous ministries of this
nature. It will begin with the full manifestation of the Joshua apostles,
who will operate in full evangelistic power bringing revival power, signs
wonders and miracles of healing.
This will fulfill two purposes. Firstly it will wake up the sleeping
church and bring forth a revival in commitment to cause the church to return
to her inheritance. Preachers will forget their worldly agendas and being
once more to build a passion for the lost. The Church will break out of its
mold of selfishness and reach out to those around who desperately need the
Lord.
And secondly it will result in an ingathering of new believers into the
church like was seen in the early church, where it was said that the Lord
was adding to the church daily, those who were being saved.
This sudden and accelerated ingathering of new believers necessitates the
establishment of a new church pattern and structure. The current church
system is not equipped to handle such an influx of new believers, and will
also soon bring the growth to a stop because of being built on the wrong
foundation and traditions of the past. That is why this new move must be
initiated by the new apostles, who will both bring in the lost, and at the
same time build them into a new structure that is designed to bring growth
and prepare the Church for the coming of our heavenly bridegroom.
This new manifestation of miracles and power will not only take place
amongst the apostles however, as it did in the early church. But God is
going to fulfill his promise to pour out his spirit on all flesh. And this
power will become available to all believers from the youngest to the
oldest, so that miracles will become a way of life for those who know the
Lord. And when the world sees this they will be drawn to the new church,
because of their love and because of their power. Those having needs will
come to receive ministry from the Body of Christ.
Expect then to see miracles of healing become common place and not only
amongst those in the limelight who are currently manifesting such power. But
expect it to begin with the manifestation firstly of those Joshua apostles
whom God is raising up to operate in the new evangelistic anointing.
These are the pictures that the Lord gave me as I penned the following
words by the Spirit of God. I send them forth in humility and love, and as
but a spokesman for the Lord. May He take His word and bring it to life, and
cause it to penetrate and accomplish that for which He sent it.

The Word of the Lord for 2004
Behold the nations stand before me says the Lord, and I look down upon
the earth and I see that as in days gone by, that the nations rage and the
people believe a vain thing. For indeed as it was then, so also is it now.
For nation rises up against nation, and people against people, and my word
is not before their eyes, nor in their hearts. But man rises up against man,
sometimes even in My Name, and each one expects of me that I will show favor
to their nation and to their people. Each one expects that my blessing upon
them will be unique and in abundance more than others.
But I am not a God who shows favorites, and all men stand before me as
equal says the Lord. For in every nation and tribe and kingdom upon this
world are both those who know me and those who do not. And even amongst
those who know me and proclaim my name, there are only a select few that
have truly not soiled their garments with the world and continue to stand
firm for me without adopting also the ways of the world and the ways of
their traditions.
Therefore I will reach across the nations and bring out now those who
will rise up and bring the needed change to the land. For as I said to
Elijah when he thought all was lost, I have indeed reserved unto myself
those who have not bowed the knee to the princes of this world, and have
refused to adopt the systems of this world. I have set apart unto myself
those from every nation who have been prepared to separate themselves unto
me totally and completely and have rejected their natural heritage to take
unto themselves only that which I have given and originated.
Therefore I will call now to those who have remained hidden away who have
stood waiting for this time of manifestation. And I would say unto you, get
ready says the Lord. For the time of your unveiling shall come soon, and you
shall rise up to bring change to your land, and to other lands. Until the
whole earth is filled with my glory, even as I have spoken in my Word.
It is time for my people to cast aside the influences of this world, and
to reject the tasty morsels of Egypt. Yet like the Israelites of old, there
are many who still hanker after the privileges that the world has to offer,
and they will not press in to the Promised Land of blessing that I have
given to them. Therefore I shall cause the treasures of Eqypt to wane, and
the pleasures of Pharaoh to become something despised in their eyes.
For I shall call forth unto my Moses apostles, even as I called unto
Moses of old, to confront the Pharaoh of this world, and the powers that
govern this world, and to cause Egypt to become a place that is no longer
suitable for habitation. And then my people will open their eyes to see the
fallacy of the world system, and the fallacy of the promises made by men,
and the earthly powers that rule. They will see that all are the same, in
every nation and people, and that their trust cannot be placed in man, but
in Me alone.
Do not despise my Moses’s says the Lord, for they will speak my word
forth in boldness and bring change to the land. They will cause to fall away
those things that have held you back in the past, and they will show unto
you a new way to walk. So be prepared as the Israelites were told to be
prepared, with sandals on their feet, and their staff in their hand. For
much change is about to come to you says the Lord, and many of these changes
might as first seem to be those things which you do not desire. Many changes
will cause you to move out of the comfort zone that you have rested in for
so long.
But though it might seem like I am driving you into the desert, you must
know that this is the path to the Promised Land of blessing that I have
given to you. And I will not leave you in the desert says the Lord. But I
will bring to you my Joshua’s who will take you into the Promised Land. And
I will bring to you my David’s who will help you to overcome and subdue the
land, and I will also bring to you my Solomon’s, who will cause you to rest
in true prosperity.
For I have trained and continue to train my servants the Apostles in
secret, but now they shall begin to come out of their hiding place and be
manifest to the world and especially to you says the Lord. Look not for them
in the places from which you would expect them to come, for they will not
come from the established Church Structure that you know. But they will
arise from the secret places where they have been hidden, and they will
arise with a new mandate and a new authority and power, and they will cause
much change to take place in the Church and indeed also in the world system.
And just as the Pharaoh of old was filled with anger when Moses and Aaron
confronted him, so also the world shall arise in anger against my choice
servants. Therefore they will appear and disappear and will remain hidden
until the time of full manifestation takes place. For they will arise at
different times in different places, and the enemy shall not be able to stop
them, for they will arise and bring change to the Church, until a new army
is raised up that will be too mighty for the enemy to overcome.
Stand ready then says the Lord, for the time ahead shall see the new
arise and the old fall away. It shall become a time of displacement, and I
will displace from your hearts all the false concepts that have been bred
into you and programmed into you in the past. And as the truth shall become
known, and the false shall fall away, so a transformation shall take place,
until you are purged from the influences of this world, and the thinking and
thought patterns of man, and you are ready to rise up in my power.
For many have said in their hearts, “Where is the power that was
manifested in years gone by, when the sick were healed and the dead were
raised, and when mighty signs and wonders took place continually.” And many
have prophesied that these things will take place once more in the future.
But as time has gone by, you have become complacent and have doubted this
word. You have cried out for a greater manifestation of my power, but it has
only been seen in isolated places. And you have doubted whether this would
ever come.
But the time is now at hand says the Lord. And I will cause to come forth
from this time a new breed of evangelists carrying the power of miracles and
signs and wonders, far greater than you have seen in the past. For now they
will arise not just as simple preachers of the gospel, but as those carrying
full apostolic authority and power, and they will cause mighty deeds and
signs to become manifest in this earth once more.
For it is time for an ingathering such as has never been seen before on
this earth. It is time to put in the sickle and reap, for the harvest is
indeed ready and must be brought in before the night comes says the Lord.
Therefore I will cause my word to go forth with signs following as it did in
the days of my first apostles, but as the end of this age approaches this
will accelerate until it shall reach far greater proportions than was seen
in the early church.
This is indeed the time of the pouring forth of the latter rain, and you
shall begin even this year to see the first drops of this rain begin to
fall, with a steadily increasing manifestation of this in many places. For
only the apostles of the first church moved in this power, but now I am
going to fulfill the prophecy of Joel and cause my Spirit to be poured upon
all flesh, and upon all levels of authority. And even little children will
rise up in my power and perform signs and wonders says the Lord. For they
shall know me from the youngest to the oldest, both male and female, and
those from all peoples, kindreds and tongues.
And then the world will sit up and take notice. For my church shall arise
in greater power than ever before. They will stand out from the world and be
clear and distinct from the world. And this promise I shall fulfill in all
nations, and not only in those nations who have been at the forefront in
years past. For this shall not only arise from one quarter as many past
revivals have arisen, but it shall arise simultaneously in many different
places, and it shall spread like fire, until it shall consume the earth with
its power, and it shall arise in all nations says the Lord, for I have
reserved unto myself those in each nation who have made themselves ready for
this.
Therefore enter into that place with me says the Lord, and wait upon me
for I will send my fire upon you and cause you to burn brightly for me. And
then the kingdom of darkness will tremble, and the powers of this world will
begin to shake, for there shall arise a far greater power and authority than
they have ever seen. And though the nations shall continue to rage, and the
people will continue to believe the vain things that they are fed by the
programs of man, it shall not be so with you my children. But I will arise
in you with healing in my wings, and my glory shall become manifest upon the
earth says the Lord.
